I will personally tell you my personal ghost experience

It was a rainy day i was walking down the street singing me fav song then i trip and fell plummeting my butt on the ground i look back at the empty street to my surprice i thought i heard someone laughing but i guess its my imaginary. after returning home i took a shower i was washing my head while i was reaching for my soap i felt a warm hand touching me wrist i was shock si i open my eaye while having water and shampoo drip down my eyes i didnt fing noting but my soap supposted to be in its place now on the ground. at first i though i was just high on life but after getting in my room preparing to sleep i sence a presence watching me. but i didnt give a damn and went to bed. i woke up in the middle of the night with the wors sleep paralysis ever it was painful; i felt a hand touching  me all over while having a leg cramp and unable to open my eye. i dont know if its just my imaginagy or not but before i got free i heard a whispering soumd saying the name of my resently dead grandpa and i also smell his room scent all over my room. once free i jump out of bed head straight to my parent room and tell them but when i return the scent was all gone and the weirdest part is the my bed was already tidy. so nobody believed me.
